Reserving an Apartment
| All applicants wishing to rent
accommodation will be asked to supply a referee (either
employer, head of deparment, previous landlord) and if
references are satisfactory will be offered a tenancy. The apartment is reserved once the tenancy agreement has been signed and the tenant has payed a deposit usually equivalent to a month's rent. |

| The deposit is returned at the end of
the tenancy as long as the premises are left in a clean
and orderly manner. The first month's rent will be due in advance on the day the tenant occupies the apartment. |
