He lets Gojou fall asleep first, waiting till those long crimson eyelashes are calm on the other man's pale cheeks, till that fragile chest (the man simply doesn't eat enough healthy food) is rising and falling smoothly and peacefully.
It's only a matter of time till he somehow betrays Gojou. Failure and death are implicit in this sort of thing, as close as lovers. The scars on his body say so.
But oh, the gift of trust in Gojou's closed eyes.
