The man (illegally masked in contravention of bylaw XVIII.ab.vix, viz, Mask Wearing By Non-Thieves-Guild-Members) attempted to escape but, Lieutenant Angua pursued him in the traditions of the Watch and arrested him for charges of Mumping, Obscuring Streetlights, and Street Miming. We believe, he may have something to do with the current outbreak of bats, viz. CMOT Dibbler's vending of Bat-on-a-Stick within the last two days, and will be, further pursuing our investigation.
PS: A bright young lad in red tights was arrested for, attempting to infiltrate the cells while disguised as a dwarf. We believe there may be a connection.
