He flattered himself he'd covered all the important points. The ignorant yet honourable hero finding meaning and purpose for his life through the Sword. The subtle, devious, good-intentioned yet pernicious Lilim attempting to atone for past mistakes by unethical means. The self-sacrificing yet undeniably virtuous heroine, giving up her own powers for the greater good. The sweet, maidenly, heartfelt angel of Flowers discovering her own strength for the first time. The mighty defender, strong as Stone and twice as stubborn. The deluded yet pure-hearted Tsayadite archer, trying to cling to ancient traditions while finding his own path.
He was so pleased. It was so cool. He wriggled his tail.
And, of course, all the warriors. The swords, the swords, the glorious swords! People having conversations with their weapons and finding their Inner Manifestations! The heroes! The villains! The undiluted style! He squirmed just thinking about it. He'd spent ages on some of the battle scenes.
Especially the Zaraki ones. He flattered himself that the Michael-references were firm yet fair.
And he'd even given the healers a major role. No writer could be expected to do more.
ittybittysteelie, he signed it, and posted it on heavenfiction.net.
Perhaps someone would offer to do pictures of the characters. Though not the evil wicked sensual depraved sort with them in bed together, of course. He knew better than to think about that sort of thing.
(Maybe something romantic involving the hero and one of the girls? He still hadn't decided who he should end up with.)
A review box popped up. With a happy squeal he clicked on it.
Needs more work. Basic structure not bad. Would like to see Zangetsu character expanded. PS -- plz write more, want to see Ichigo beat Aizen honourably and grind face of vicious subordinate-betraying scum into dust.
His tail drooped. He eyed the signature.
TotallyAnonymousBigbigsteelie, it read.
His wings perked up.
He'd had worse reviews.
