Meon Valley League Report

This was our second event held this year in Havant Thicket. At this time of year the forest lives up to its name which alas means less genuine route choice. It also means more difficult planning as we like to avoid any discomfort to our competitors! It seems that the rusty hulk of the abandoned car is a permanent feature and so maybe it will appear on the next version of the map.

As for medals there are plenty up for grabs - winner and runner-up in each class.

Hope to see you in July.

Peter Didymus, Dave Newcombe, Bill Johnson and Caroline Ford.

The next Meon Valley League event is

Sun 12th July

in Creech Wood, Denmead

Map Reference SU/648113. Signposted off the Denmead/Southwick road.
