The courses and terrain were somewhat more challenging than the previous event at Upperford Copse but at least it was a lovely sunny day. We hope the Light Green runners still had some enjoyment despite the wrongly sited control number 2. Further investigation has revealed that something curious is going on. The control was indeed over 100m away from where it should have been (on a very dodgy vegetation boundary) but this was definitely not where it was originally placed! A similar thing happened to a control at the Upperford Copse event. Either our controls have suddenly got a wander lust or there is a phantom control mover at large. Our controls will be fitted with a tracker system in future.
