We convey a special welcome to our Australian visitor, David Bowerman.

It was a surprise and a disappointment that a couple of controls were vandalised as there seemed to be so few other people in the woods – perhaps they were munched by deer? Hopefully it did not spoil your enjoyment too much.

Alan Wickham had fun in the gorse bushes – no doubt preparing for his emigration to the Australian Bush later this year. And there was very little mud for a change, although some of you managed to find some.
